The experimental set-up for a 10 nm - 30 nm XRL is under development in our lab. It should be ready to run in 2009. It will use the terawatt laser system of SSLL@INFLPR group.
The experimental set-up for a sub 10 nm XRL is under development at PHELIX/GSI in Darmstadt, Germany.
