Text Box: TEWALAS facility, existing within the Solid State Laser Laboratory, launches a call to all those interested in developing experimental applications using ultra-short and ultra-intense laser pulses. Thus, groups of researchers which are interested in developing experiments in the tens of femtosecond pulses with energies up to 300 mJ / pulse, can send a cover letter containing the following: 1) Title of experiment 2) Name and affiliation of the experiment coordinator 3) Names of team members with their affiliations 4) A brief description of the experiment, maximum one page, which contains a sketch of the experiment, type of the target, type of the necessary focal spot size, with an estimation of pulse intensity on the target, and the envisaged results 5) a list of existing equipment necessary for developing the experiment, or the source of funding for the needs of the experiment 6) an estimated number of days necessary for the experiment Text Box: Call for experiments Text Box: Call for experiments 2012-Deadline: November 28, 2011!
