INFLPR (Cordonator proiect)

 

1. Dr. Aurel Stratan – Director proiect

- Studii: Institutul Politehnic Bucuresti, Facultatea de Electronica si Telecomunicatii: Inginer fizician, 1966; Institutul de Fizica Atomica: Doctor in fizica, 1998.

- Pozitia actuala: Cercetator stiintific gradul I in Laboratorul ISOTEST din INFLPR, Magurele, Romania.

- Experienta: Fizica si ingineria laserilor cu corp solid, micro-procesarea materialelor, masurari ISO ale  pragului de distrugere in camp laser a materialelor optice, optica neliniara -  metode, componente si dispozitive.

- Rezultate remarcabile: laser de tip Nd:YAG pompat cu flash, cu Q-switch electro-optic, in nanosecunde; laser tip Nd:YAG pompat cu dioda laser in regim continuu; sistem oscilator-amplificator laser cu emisie pe 3 lungimi de unda, in pulsuri de subnanosecunda pentru microprocesari; doua statii automate pentru masurari PDCL (ATS), conform standardelor ISO 21254-1,2,3,4:2011 cu laser in nanosecunde si in sute de femtosecunde - toate reprezentand rezultate de pionierat in Romania.

- Publicatii in reviste stiintifice: 56; Brevete: 7; Contributii la conferinte: 82.

- Premiul "C. Miculescu" al Academiei Romane (Stiinte tehnice, 1976) pentru merite in cercetarea si dezvoltarea de aplicatii industriale ale laserilor cu corp solid.

 

2. Dr. George Nemes

- Studii: Institutul Politehnic Bucuresti, Facultatea de Electronica si Telecomunicatii - Inginer fizician, 1966; Institutul de Fizica Atomica - Doctor in fizica, 1998.

- Pozitia actuala: Cercetator stiintific gradul II in Laboratorul ISOTEST.

- Experienta: Fizica si ingineria laserilor cu corp solid, caracterizarea fasciculelor laser, optica laser, optica neliniara, optica neconventionala, optica in spatiul fazelor, dezvoltare standarde ISO.

- Rezultate remarcabile: primul laser cu corp solid in Romania; inventator VariSpotTM, sistem optic zoom pentru PDCL si masurat fascicule laser (2 brevete SUA); prima metoda practica de caracterizat fascicule laser in spatiul fazelor (prioritate mondiala); prima carte de optica neliniara in Romania (a 5-a in lume); marimi originale de caracterizat fascicule laser incluse in standarde ISO; conceput, proiectat si realizat componente si sisteme optice conventionale si neconventionale in Romania si SUA; specialist vizitator, Stanford University, Stanford, CA, SUA (1991-1999). 

- Publicatii: Carte: 1 (autor singur); In reviste stiintifice: 53 (6 invitate); Brevete: 3 (1 - Romania; 2 - SUA); Contributii la conferinte internationale: 73 (15 invitate).

3. Ing. Alexandru Zorila

- Studii: Universitatea “Politehnica” Bucuresti din Bucuresti, Facultatea de Electronica, Telecomunicatii si Tehnologia Informatiei cu diploma de master in anul 2011.

- Pozitia actuala: Cercetator stiintific in Laboratorul ISOTEST, implicat in dezvoltarea celor doua ATS pentru masurari PDCL si a metodelor de masurare aferente.

- Recent a sustinut in sedinta publica teza sa de doctorat intitulata " Contribuții la dezvoltarea unor stații automate de caracterizare a rezistenței materialelor și componentelor optice în câmp laser".  (Abstract / Teza)

 

4. Ing. Ioana Dumitrache

- Studii: Universitatea “Politehnica” Bucuresti din Bucuresti, Facultatea de Electronica, Telecomunicatii si Tehnologia Informatiei cu diploma de master in anul 2012.

 - Pozitia actuala: Asistent de cercetare in cadrul Laboratorului ISOTEST, implicata in masurari ISO specifice efectuate pe statiile ATS, experimente PDCL si diagnoza de fascicul laser. In prezent este doctorand, domeniul sau de studiu cuprinzand procesarea imaginilor, fizica laserilor si experimente PDCL.

5, Fiz. Laurentiu Rusen

- Studii: Universitatea București - Facultatea de Fizică, cu diplomă de master în Fizica in anul 2008.

- Pozitia actuala; Cercetator stiintific in cadrul Laboratorului ISOTEST (R&D  de noi metode si dispozitive de diagnoza fascicul, experimente DCL, masurari ISO PDCL).

 - Recent a sustinut in sedinta publica teza sa de doctorat intitulata "Structurări de polimeri prin metode laser pentru crearea de bio-interfețe cu aplicații biomedicale".

 

6. Fiz. Sandel Simion

- Studii: Universitatea București - Facultatea de Fizică, cu diplomă de licenta in anul 2009.

- Pozitia actuala; Cercetator stiintific in cadrul Laboratorului ISOTEST, implicat in proiectarea si implementarea sistemelor hardwarwe-software ale celor doua ATS. Domnul Simion este in prezent doctorand, domeniul sau de studiu fiind legat de automatizarea instalatiilor complexe bazate pe laser.

 

 

 

IOR (Partener)

 

1. Ing. Dana Granciu – Responsabil partener

- Studii: Institutul Politehnic București, Facultatea de Mecanică, Secția Mecanică Fină, cu specializarea Optică și aparate de măsurare; în prezent - studii de doctorat la Academia Tehnică Militară din București, în domeniul Inginerie industriala.

- Poziția actuală: cercetător științific gradul III, șef al Laboratorului de cercetare pentru calcul și măsurări optice din cadrul S.C. IOR S.A., București, România.

- Experiența profesională: tehnolog la Atelierul de Prototipuri; proiectant de sisteme optice și de aparate optice sau optoelectronice complexe; elaborator de programe software pentru calcul optic; elaborator de norme, specificații tehnice, proceduri de verificare, standarde naționale și internaționale în domeniul opticii; membru în echipele pentru realizarea de proiecte pentru programele naționale de cercetare; în prezent director de proiect pentru două proiecte din cadrul programelor Parteneriate PCCA 2011/2012 și Inovare DPST 2012/2013.

- Rezultate remarcabile: peste o sută de modele de aparate optice și optoelectronice de diverse tipuri (unele, ca de exemplu lunetele de ochire cu factor zoom 6x sau 7x, reprezentând  premiere mondiale); aparate de observare și ochire pe timp de zi și de noapte; sisteme de preluare și transmitere a imaginii; aparate pentru verificarea lunetelor; două brevete de invenție [35,36]; participări la simpozioane/conferințe științifice cu articole și comunicări [33].

- Premii obținute: medalie de aur și diplomă de merit la Salonul Internațional de Inventică PRO INVENT 2010, Cluj, Romania.

- Membru în Comitetul Național de Standardizare CT 230 ″Optică și instrumente optice″ și membru în trei subcomitete ale ISO/TC172 ″Optică și fotonică″, și anume SC1 ″Standarde fundamentale″, SC3 ″Materiale și componente optice″ și SC4 ″Sisteme telescopice″; membru în Optical Society of America.

 

2. Fiz. Nicoleta Vasile, asistent de cercetare, absolventă a Universității București - Facultatea de Fizică, cu diplomă de master în Biofizică și Fizică Medicală.In prezent, in IOR, este implicata in R&D pentru fotolitografie, tehnologii de depunere pentru acoperiri AR si masurari specroscopice. Intre anii 2006-2009 a lucrat in INFLPR in R&D de laseri cu corp solid, publicand cateva lucrari in reviste de specialitate.

 

3. Ing. Mihaela Bornea, absolventa a Universitatii ″Politehnica″ Bucuresti din Bucuresti, cu diploma de master in mecanica fina si nanotehnologii. A obtinut de asemenea o diploma de master in inginerie mecanica. In IOR Mihaela Bornea este implicata in principal in tehnologii de procesare opto-mecanica a componentelor optice.
