Rezumatul proiectului  LIDOPTICS

 

Tematica: Gasirea corelatiilor de baza intre proprietatile fizice ale suprafetelor active ale componentelor optice, rezultate din tehnologia lor de fabricatie si comportarea lor la distrugere in camp laser (DCL). Vor rezulta una sau mai multe tehnologii de fabricatie, iar componentele optice fabricate vor avea o comportare controlata si cu valori inalte la pragul de DCL. Pragul de DCL (PDCL) a componentelor optice este un parametru cu importanta crescanda ce caracterizeaza optica pentru laseri de mare putere si care reprezinta totodata un factor limitativ al performantelor acestor componente.

 

Obiectiv general: Masurarea si controlul PDCL al componentelor optice prin corelarea acestuia cu proprietatile fizice ale suprafetelor de lucru ale componentelor, proprietati rezultate din tehnologia de fabricatie. Partenerul SC IOR SA (pe scurt IOR), producator recunoscut de optica din Romania, va produce in mod consistent si eficient optica pentru laseri cu o gama predeterminata de valori pentru PDCL. IOR isi va imbunatati tehnologiile de fabricatie a componentelor optice si totodata va mentine un cost de fabricatie relativ scazut prin evitarea unor procedee tehnologice ne-necesare, rezultand componente optice competitive pe piata internationala.

 

Originalitate proiect si contributia la state-of-the-art: Determinarea proprietatilor fizice care se coreleaza cel mai bine cu PDCL al produsului final, utilizand tehnologia de fabricatie a IOR; masurari de PDCL cu metoda de test cea mai completa, testul S-on-1 al standardului ISO 21254-2:2011.

Consortiu: Coordonator (CO)-Institutul National de Fizica Laserilor, Plasmei si Radiatiei (INFLPR)-Laboratorul ISOTEST (ISOLab), Magurele; Partener (P1)-IOR Bucuresti. Activitatea curenta a CO: Experiente de DCL si de caracterizare a fasciculelor laser dupa standarde ISO. CO a dezvoltat in 2012 doua statii automate de test (ATS) cu laser, folosind testul S-on-1 pentru masurarea PDCL, apreciate elogios de cercetatori renumiti din domeniu (doua lucrari prezentate de ISOLab la al 44-lea Simpozion de Distrugere in Camp Laser, Boulder, CO, USA, 2012 - principala conferinta internationala in domeniu; vizite de experti internationali in ISOLab).

Persoane cheie la CO: Dr. Aurel Stratan, Director de Proiect, manager stiintific responsabil cu dezvoltarea ATS, specialist international in laseri cu corp solid; Dr. George Nemes, sef ISOLab, specialist international in optica de fascicule laser si expert in comitetul ISO TC172/SC9/WG1. Interesul CO in proiect: Testare si dezvoltare a posibilitatilor ATS de aplicare in industrie; Imbunatatire expertiza proprie in caracterizarea suprafetelor optice.

P1 are o traditie pe piata Romaneasca si internationala in proiectarea si fabricarea de dispozitive opto-mecanice militare si medicale si in producerea de componente optice pantru laseri. IOR are implementat un sistem de control de calitate corespunzator standardului SR EN ISO 9001.

Interesul P1: Imbunatatirea tehnologiei proprii de fabricatie a componentelor optice si reducerea costului acestor componente prin controlul si asigurarea unor valori inalte ale PDCL.

Pentru INFLPR (CO), Buget Public (BP) = 1 000 000 lei; Cofin. = 0; Total 1 000 000 lei.

Pentru IOR (P1), BP = 250 000 lei; Cofin. = 187 500 lei; Total = 437 500 lei. 

Total buget proiect (CO + P1) = 1 437 500 lei.
